Pastor David J. DeVries (Chairman)

Dave is the Senior Pastor at Trinity Baptist Church in Fairfield.  Pastor Dave has been serving Trinity for over 30 years, first as a Youth Pastor and then as the Senior Pastor.  Dave has an M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and did undergraduate studies in psychology at Barrington College.  Dave serves as Chairman of Renew’s Board of Directors and is on the board of overseers for his denomination, Converge, as well as the Board of Directors at Elim Park Baptist home & Retirement community.

Bob Artemenko (Treasurer)

Bob Worked for 33 years at IBM in various sales and marketing management positions including branch manager of the New York Process Industry office, Director of Product Management in Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Director of Corporate Strategy.  He graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Economics and Political Science in 1972.  He was an All-Big-Ten selection at both shortstop and pitcher, and was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 19th round of the free agent draft after his senior year.  Bob subsequently went on to graduate with an MBA from the Kellogg School.  He and his wife Sherry have three grown children.  Having retired from IBM, Bob is involved in a number of Chrisitan organizations and assists his wife Sherry in the business she started in 2003 – LLC.

Bob Donovan

Bob is the Director of Community Life and Marriage Ministry at Black Rock Congregational Church in Fairfield, CT.  Prior to joining BRCC, Bob worked as the Senior Director of Learning for Pfizer Global Manufacturing in NYC for 13 years.  Before moving to Pfizer,  he worked at Sikorsky Aircraft for 17 years in various positions in Engineering, Finance, and Human Relations.  Bob has a B.S. from the University of New Haven and an Ed.M. from Boston University.  Bob is married to Karen and has 3 grown daughters – two of whom are married – and one granddaughter.  Bob enjoys most sports along with reading, playing golf, and music.

John Dischinger

John has a passion for serving Jesus and serving people who are hurting and in need.  He was called into the Care ministry at Walnut Hill Community Church in October 2012 after spending over 25 years in industry.  During that time he was also engaged in a number of missions and care ministries that focused on families and young adults at risk or in crisis.   In January, 2015 John assumed the additional responsibility of overseeing the Global and Local Missions Ministry at Walnut Hill.  Walnut Hill supports over 30 ministries and missionaries here in the US and around the world.

John has a Master’s degree in Education and Administration from Harvard University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University.  He is currently a Board Member for Dylan’s Wings of Change, a Foundation devoted to Children with Autism which was founded in memory of Dylan Hockley, one of the children killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012.

His wife Karen  teaches 5th grade in Ridgefield.  His daughter Meghan is also a 3rd grade teacher (Brookfield, CT) and his son Matthew works with families in crisis on the North Shore of Boston.
