Sometimes we forget the importance of Thanksgiving and Christmas. We confuse a full stomach followed by a nap and laughter with family and friends, with the value of fellowship and celebration of one another’s very existence on this earth. And, we focus on gift giving when we merely need to give more of our genuine selves to others and give of our time to talk, walk, and share with others. Life is short. What we plan or hope to accomplish, may not immediately come to pass. How we chose to live our lives in the here and now will shape the future.
So, what or whom are you neglecting in your life? Is there someone you need to forgive? Someone you may need to reach out to?
